 Your Adventure Cub Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Your Adventure Cub. We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless. 

Each item on our website has it’s own unique standard delivery timescale which is shown on the product page. 

1. General Delivery Policy

UK Mainland Delivery: We offer complimentary shipping for orders over £100 to most UK mainland postcodes. Orders below £100 typically incur a £5.95 delivery charge. Delivery is available for UK Mainland only.

⏰ Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed. Orders placed on or the day before a Bank Holiday will not be processed for dispatch until the next working day.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs will be displayed on the product page. We work with various shipping partners depending on the product. Average delivery estimates across brands is 5-7 days due to the size of the items we provide.

💌 Deliveries per Brand: We work with a range of great brands, and this can mean that the delivery partner and timelines may vary between products. Please check below for the relevant brands.

🤝 Shipping Partners: All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. They may collaborate with trusted third-party couriers, including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, Wicken, depending on the item. Please note that whilst Your Adventure Cub commits to support customers in their purchasing experience, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred the delivery of any product itself.

2. Keeping in Touch

📦 Large Items Delivery: For larger items, our delivery partners will contact you via call to schedule a delivery date and time. Please ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout. If you have any questions regarding large item delivery, please reach out to us at info@youradventurecub.com. 

🔔 Shipping Notifications: Once the item is ready for delivery, you'll receive an email notification. If you have any questions regarding large item delivery, please reach out to us at info@youradventurecub.com. 

✅ Stock Availability: In rare occasions where an item has been purchased but has become out of stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

3. Delivery Guidelines

Receiving Your Order: Please remember the Golden Rule when ordering online –someone must be available to take delivery. For security reasons, most orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you're available for delivery, especially if a specific date has been arranged. If you anticipate being unavailable, inform us as soon as possible at info@youradventurecub.com.

Failed deliveries will result in rescheduling delays and additional fees. This unfortunately is not in our control, as we work with delivery partners. 

Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address. For assistance, please contact our customer service at info@youradventurecub.com.

Delivery Issues: While we strive for perfection, we know transit issues can happen. We cannot offer compensation for delays caused by third-party couriers but will do our utmost to resolve any issues. 4. Failed Deliveries

Missed DeliveriesIf delivery is unsuccessful, for example, if no-one is at home to receive the shipment, there will be an automatic additional re-delivery charge imposed by the delivery network. This re-delivery charge is dependant on the product and manufacturer, however, is typically 15% of the product cost. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery to avoid incurring this extra cost.

Further Information per Brand

BERG: Standard UK delivery: 2-5 working days. Scotland, Cornwall & Devon within 12 working days. Please note working days does not refer to bank holidays and weekends. The majority of BERG range is delivered by our partners, Wicken Toys. Alternatively, some products may be delivered Parcel Force.

    KIDKRAFT: Standard delivery: 7-10 working days if the product is in stock. Please note that for certain locations, delivery will be faster. Please reach out to the team to confirm. You will be notified in advance to organise delivery. Working days does not refer to bank holidays and weekends.

    TP TOYS RANGE: Standard delivery: 5-7 working days if the product is in stock. Please note that for certain locations, delivery will be faster. If you order a number of TP Toys products, we must reserve the right to dispatch them separately.

    When your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS to advise the expected delivery date.  If you are not in to accept your delivery on the advised day the courier will leave the goods in a place they deem to be safe at your property or with a neighbour. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are left at your property on the advised day of delivery if you are not there to accept the goods.  

    DISCOVERY TIMBER PLAY: Standard Delivery: 9-10 weeks. Delivery time takes longer with Discovery Timber Play as each climbing frame is handmade to order. But trust us, they're worth the wait!

    BLUE RABBIT: Please allow 10-12 working days from order receipt to delivery date. Our delivery partners deliver to kerb side. Any delivery beyond kerb side is Customers responsibility. This applies to van services too. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm.

    Customer can advise a "leave safe" area, which must be outdoor areas (no garages or sheds), a photo will be taken of where the parcel was left for proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for the item left under their instructions. We recommend that climbing frame deliveries are not left without a person who can check and sign for the item. The delivery service reserves the right to decline home delivery if the delivery destination cannot be accessed for any reasons.
