This website is operated by Your Adventure Cub. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Your Adventure Cub. Your Adventure Cub offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. OUR CONTACT WITH YOU

2.1. How we will accept your order.

 Your order will be accepted when you receive an email from us to confirm, including an order number. 

2.2. We only sell to the UK.

Your Adventure Cub ships to UK mainland only. We don't deliver to Northern Ireland or Europe due to current Customs requirements. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

2.3. If we don't accept your order

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

3. OUR PRODUCTS

3.1. Products that may vary 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

Items may be updated by the manufacturer, and, whilst we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, there may be times where the information on our website may differ. We will not be held responsible for any costs you may incur for any ground work undertaken. This includes if the product has been updated by the manufacturer, delivery of your item is late or the order is cancelled due to no stock. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

3.2. Instructions 

Your Adventure Cub stocks varied products from different product ranges, each with different requirements and instructions for set up. We recommend following the instructions relevant to the specific product and product range. Our customer service team are available to give general advise on product ranges. 

3.3. Resell 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service or products without express written permission by us. 

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING

4.1. Billing and Account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

6. PROVIDING THE PRODUCT

6.1. Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

6.2. Delay responsibility. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays that are outside of our control. In the event of a delay outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and will take steps to minimise the effect. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract, and to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

6.3 When you become responsible for the product. A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you provide to us.

7. ENDING THE CONTRACT

7.1. Ability to end the contract. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:

  • 7.1.1. If what you have bought is faulty you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced).
  • 7.1.2. Because of something we have done or to you we are going to do: we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree to; we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed; there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control.
  • 7.1.3. If you have changed your mind about the product. In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, most product brought on line include the legal right to change your mind within 14 days. You have 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, has received the product. 

If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 

 7.3. Telling us you want to end the contract

To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:

8. OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT

8.1. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

  • You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products
  • You do not make any payment to us when it is due You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you

9. USER COMMENTS

9.1. User comments, feedback and other submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

In no case shall Your Adventure Cub, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

This further includes any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. 14. PAYMENT

Credit Cards: We accept credit cards backed by the major providers on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you’re having trouble checking out, please email us at info@youradventurecub.com and we will support you.

PayPal: We accept PayPal on both desktop and mobile. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, that balance will automatically be used before your backup payment method (which you’ll select at the time of purchase)
