FAQs
My Order
Will free delivery apply to my order?
Free Delivery: We offer complimentary shipping for orders over £100 to most UK mainland postcodes. Orders below £100 typically incur a £5.95 delivery charge.
Locations: If your postcode is deemed out of area for example Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or any other postcode deemed to be remote, there will be an additional charge added at checkout. Specific delivery charges based on your location will be detailed at checkout.
How will I know if an item is out of stock?
The vast majority of items are in stock within the UK at all times. However, with such a large range, we can never 100% guarantee that we have an item in stock all year round.
From time to time things will become unavailable. If you have ordered an item and it's out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note that if an item is out of stock, delivery can be up to 14 days.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Due to the size and weight of our products, we do not offer delivery outside the UK. We recommend checking our Delivery policy before making any purchase, to make sure delivery is available for your post code.
I changed my mind about my purchase, what do I do?
Not to worry, we offer a 14 working day satisfaction guarantee, which begins from the day you receive your item.
Please notify us by email at info@youradventurecub.com with the below information:
- Name
- Address
- Order ID
We can then support you with your return and confirm where to send the item. Please see here for our full returns policy.
Do you do next day delivery?
We do not offer next day delivery, but strive to dispatch the items to you as soon as possible. Please check the individual product page for information on delivery times.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Shipping costs will be displayed on the product page. We work with various shipping partners depending on the product, so delivery times will vary depending on the item you'd like to purchase.
What if no one is in to accept delivery?
If delivery is unsuccessful, for example, if no-one is at home to receive the shipment, you run the risk of an additional re-delivery charge imposed by the delivery network. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery to avoid incurring this extra cost.
What happens if an item is missing or damaged?
While we strive for perfection, we know transit issues can happen. We cannot offer compensation for delays caused by third-party couriers but will do our utmost to resolve any issues. This includes if your product arrives damaged or a part is missing.
If your item is damaged or has missing parts, and is within warranty, we will do our best to support you in providing a replacement. If replacement parts won’t resolve the issue, our customer service team will explore alternative solutions to get you back to your adventures as soon as possible!
Trampolines
What shape of trampoline should I buy?
Round Trampolines
Round trampolines are the traditional and original shape garden trampoline. The circular shape provides even tension on the springs, which means that there is only one central bounce area. If you tumble or fall, you will be pulled back to the middle, which is where you will find your greatest bounce. Always consider who will be using trampoline? If you are looking for a trampoline that all the family can use, you may look at a higher user weight limit which is great for older children, but, not great for younger children.
Oval Trampolines
Oval trampolines have a different spring configuration than that of a round trampoline, providing 3 different bounce areas for a safer jump, which is great if you are going to allow more than one user on at a time (which we do not recommend). The oval shape fits nicely into more narrow gardens.
Rectangular Trampolines
Rectangular trampolines are becoming more widely available for domestic use. They are most popular with serious trampolinists or gymnasts as they are more suited to doing moves and tricks. The rectangle shape and spring configuration provides the user with a more professional jump than that of a round trampoline.
What is a suitable surface for a trampoline?
Always place the trampoline on a soft surface, such as grass or artificial grass. Good damping rubber tiles are also a suitable surface. Hard surfaces such as stones, tiles or concrete are not suitable for placing a trampoline.
How do I prepare the garden for my new trampoline?
Our trampolines are designed to be erected on a flat surface to avoid the risk of injury or damage.
We recommend that there should be a 2m safety perimeter around the trampoline and this should be taken into consideration when choosing where to place your trampoline.
Please note our trampoline above ground range doesn't require ground work.
What size trampoline should I buy?
We always recommend buying as large a trampoline as your budget and the size of your garden allow. This means your children can grow into it and you are less likely to need to replace it for a larger model as the children get bigger.
For safety, we recommend allowing 2 metres clear space around your trampoline.
We offer trampolines ranging from 8ft +
Do I have to buy an enclosure?
All trampolines which are sold and used for domestic use now need to be supplied with and enclosure. From 2019 the EU standard was updated to include InGround trampolines.
I have put up my trampoline but decided it is too big/small. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for self-assembly items that have already been assembled. We strongly advise that prior to purchasing a trampoline you measure the area in which it is to be placed and mark the trampoline out in your garden. This will ensure you purchase the correct size and shape for your garden.
Do I need to buy a ladder?
We would recommend that it is always worth investing in a ladder. It will ensure everyone using the trampoline gravitates to one entry and exit point and ladders are easy to unhook and remove which prevents smaller children from entry when not supervised. Some of our trampolines come with a ladder, please refer to the individual product page for more information.
What tools do I need to assemble my trampoline?
For most trampolines all you will need is an Allen key and a spring loading tool. These are often included in your trampoline when you receive it. In addition, we do recommend that you use safety gloves and safety glasses when assembling your trampoline.
Does the BERG protective cover also fit on a trampoline with a safety net?
Yes that is possible. There is enough space between the posts of the Safety Net and the frame of the trampoline to install a BERG Weather Cover. It may be necessary to fold the padding skirt upwards to create enough space. Click here to view the range of trampoline covers.

What age ranges are the climbing frames for?
Age ranges can be found on the product page. We aim to cater for all age ranges with the products we provide. We recommend that children are always supervised.
Do I need planning permission for a climbing frame?
Planning rules and advice varies throughout the country. We cannot give specific advice, however, you should check with your local planning authority especially if any of the following applies to you:
If your neighbour has cause for complaint
a. If you live in a conservation area, there may be specific planning regulations.
b. You are going to build the climbing frame in your front garden
c. The equipment is going to be within 5m of the main dwelling
d. The equipment will take up more than 50% of your garden area.
e. The equipment is going to be built in a field, as it may constitute a change of use.
We recommend that the equipment fits a minimum of 1.5m away from any boundaries.
These are only guidelines. If in doubt do check with your local planning office.
How much space will I need?
Above is the recommended safe amount to space to plan around your climbing frame.
It is recommended to have 1.5m around the climbing frame itself, and 2m in front of a slide.
For the swings, you need 3.5m to the front and 3.5m to the back of the top pole where the swings hang from.
The more space around the climbing frame, the better and it will mean a safer place area for the children.

Which climbing frames are the best value for money?
