The product may arrive in several boxes depending on the size. Please check all arrive when you sign for the goods against the delivery note. Each parcel has a number and also the total number of parcels for that consignment.
Any problems, please write on the courier delivery note, and let us know the same day so can support you. The delivery is kerbside only, so the driver is not insured to enter your house or garage – you might need to have some extra hands to move the parcels to where you want to store them.
Each parcel will be under 20kg. Maximum length is the slide for 150cm platform height at 3m and timber pieces are 2.7m long maximum.

Before starting to build the climbing frame or module, please take out the instructions manual from the box and read the information on safety, and check that all the items are present.
It is also recommended to lay out the packs received and keep the piles as they are to make it easy to see the letters on the timber.
